Your receipt number is a unique 13-character identifier, consisting of three letters followed by ten numbers. Please enter your receipt number without hyphens ("-"). If your notice instructs you to do so, you may include other characters, such as asterisks ("*"). Once a valid receipt number is entered, the Check Case button will be activated, allowing you to access the latest updates on your case.
